Shipping & delivery
We check delivery for each address and confirm the charge before asking you to pay.

Serviceability
Enter your delivery PIN code with your order request. We will confirm whether delivery is available to that PIN code before payment. A PIN check is not a promise of delivery until we confirm it for your order.
Delivery charge
The amount shown as an estimate is not the final delivery charge. We confirm the final amount for your address and show the complete order total before payment.
Dispatch
After payment is verified and stock and address are confirmed, dispatch is planned within 24 hours. Delivery timing depends on the confirmed service and destination; we do not promise a delivery date before checking it.
Receiving your peti
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If there is damage or another issue, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs so we can review it.
